I am Kem. Throughout this journey, I connect everything I create and every experience I gain with the visual arts and painting, which I have been involved in for about 10–15 years. Academically, I studied Fine Arts and Painting in both high school and university, and the traces of this education naturally appear in all the tattoos I create today. I work in Black and Gray Realism, focusing on allegories, symbolic narratives, and minimal conceptual approaches. For me, tattooing is not just an application; it is a personal art form shaped by painting, composition, light, shadow, and emotional depth.

My journey began in Istanbul. I spent one year in London, which shaped me both artistically and personally, and I have now returned to Istanbul, continuing my work with the same passion. I also aim to carry this craft across many major cities around the world, expanding my artistic journey globally.

Every visual carries an allegorical meaning in the way it feels. Discovering these layers and capturing aesthetic symmetry is essential.
